Cozy Cub Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Cozy Cub. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@cozycub.us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened feeding products, used bath items, and worn clothing.
