What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., feeding and bath products) may be final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — if you'd like a different size or item, let us know and we'll help arrange an exchange.
Who pays for return shipping?
We offer free returns. We'll provide a prepaid return label so you can send items back at no cost to you.
